CHOCOLATE FUDGE BISCUITS

THE IDEAL SNACK TO DUNK IN YOUR COFFEE

Ingredients
Cocoa Powder, sieved60 g
Vegetable oil60 ml
Whitworths Caster Sugar200 g
Large Eggs2
Flour180 g
Baking powdered1 tsp
Whitworths Icing Sugar70 g

PREPARATION METHOD

1- Mix the cocoa, Whitworths Caster sugar and vegetable oil together. Then add the eggs, whisking until the batter is fully combined
2- Add flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder in another bowl, then pour the mixture into it. Combine to form a soft dough
3- Heat the oven at 190c
4- Tip your icing sugar into a flat dish. Use a ice cream spoon to create a dough ball
5- Cover each ball of Icing sugar and place them onto an oven tray covered with baking parchment
6- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes then leave aside to cool
