Ingredients

140g Blueberries, frozen
240ml Oat Milk (or your milk of choice)
1tbsp Whitworths Granulated Sugar
Juice of ½ a Lemon
¼tsp Flaky Salt
100g Oats
1tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

In a blender, mix the blueberries, milk, lemon juice, sugar, and salt until finely blended.
To the blueberry milk mixture add the oats and seeds until well combined. Let the oats absorb for 5 minutes then mix again.
Transfer into a Tupperware or jar, store in the fridge overnight. Top with extra blueberries and serve.
